Mk III Coach Generator Filter Box
	Designed as a modification to the under Sole Bar Electrical Generator intakes which draw air from the passenger compartment. This system replace the current vent & filter preventing heat & air being taken from the Passenger Area
Hand / Grab Rails:
	Supplied new & painted in several shapes and sizes to a pattern or can be refurbis old rails and supply returned as new Used on many different types of buses and trams
Refaced Brake Cams:
	Belvoir Engineering offer a Re-facing service for all types of shafts. They are currently carrying this out for several bus companies. Shown in the picture is a Dennis Trident Brake Cam refaced for the Bus Transport Sector
Bus Side Panels:
	Various Sizes and shapes of Aluminium side panels manufactured for several different bus models. Can be supplied unpainted or painted.
Go No Go Guage:
	GO-NO-GO gauge designed for the inspection and checking of hole Sizes & Shapes on wheel hubs for the Bus, Coach and large transport Vehicle users. Gauges can be supplied in custom sizes in 1/2 mm increments. Please inquire for more details.
Aluminum Wedges:
	Used in Saloon Seating Environment to allow seat arm rest to be locked into the up or down position dependent upon the operators requirements. Manufactured to customers specifications.
Heater Water Matrix:
	Used throughout the Saloon and Cab Environment in the application of under seat heating water systems. Manufactured to customers specifications. Matrix can also be supplied with bleed points if required.
Plastic Fabrications:
	Manufactured items using acrylic or polycarbonate. Single item or quantity production. Items manufactured to customers drawings, or reverse engineered.
Seat Strengtheners:
	Used throughout the Saloon environment to repair and strengthen the seat back panel ticket reservation slot area which is a cost effective way of prolonging the life of the seat back panel. Can be supplied in brushed stainless or mild steel painted to customers requirements.
Ticket Reservation Holders:
	Used throughout the saloon environment. Surface mounted to top of seat back panel. These items can also accommodate seat numbering decals.
Toilet waste chute non return box:
	Designed for gravity fed toilet systems with built-in rubber diaphragm to prevent back pressure. Suitable for class 153,155,156,158 dmu vehicles, mk3 and mk4 coaches and more
Dual Cab Heater Overhaul Kits:
	Dual Fuel cab heater assemblies are now fitted extensively on several classes of DMU. Class 153, 155, 158 vehicles. The Dual Cab heater Overhaul kit will be an essential requirement for the C4 program to ensure the heater is maintained to its optimum efficiency. Each kit comprises of the following: Motor, Impeller, Heater Elements, contactor, over temp thermostat & water matrix.
Drivers Cab Window Handle Extension:
	Fitted in the Class 158 drivers cab environment, This product is an aftermarket modification to assist the driver in operation of the sliding window assembly. Machined lightweight & robust aluminum assembly. This item comes as a complete retro kit, and includes drilling jig for ease of fitment.
Spacers Pillars and rollers:
	These are manufactured from either mild or stainless steel, aluminium or plastic. Wide range of pillars and spacers for mounting sub assemblies etc. Wide range of plastic polythene and acrylic rollers for door guides etc.
Rayrim Edging Strip:
	Rayrim is an extruded strip internally coated with heat activated adhesive, so that on heating the profile changes from a ‘V’ to a ‘U’ and the adhesive bonds to the substrate profile. The flexible nature of the product allows application to both internal and external radii, as well as straight edges. With a continuous operating temperature of -55ºC to +80ºC ensuring protection under the most testing circumstances.
Litter Bins:
	These products can be fitted to vestibule and saloon areas. Constructed in either brushed stainless or powder coated to customers colour requirement.
Saloon Seating Centre Console:
	Heavy duty rubber coated centre trim for fitment to saloon seating.
Seat Squab Locating Clip:
	This product ensures the saloon seating squabs locate into the base frame securely.
Seat Side Cheeks:
	Heavy duty rubber coated side trim for fitment to saloon seating. Available in both left and right handed configuration.
Seat Back Panel:
	Moulded plastic seat back panel for the saloon seating environment.
Seat Base Panel:
	Moulded plastic seat base panel for the saloon seating environment.
Budget Lock:
	Available in several sizes with uses throughout the DMU fleets.
Fly Screens:
	Steel Cab End Fly Screens, available for the following DMU fleets. Class 150, 153, 155, 156, 158. Powder coated to customers colour requirements.
Headlight Cluster Cover: (see news item here)

	Headlight cluster cover for ensuring Class 158, 82 DVT and 90 headlight clusters are safe from ballast and birdstrikes. Can be supplied in either polycarbonate or laminated, left and right handed.
Spring:
	Vast range of torsion and compression springs available, including one off designs Can be manufactured to customer specification.
Table Legs:
	Saloon Table Support Legs, available for several classes of DMU Vehicles. Can be manufactured to customer specification.
Heater Fan Impellers:
	Plastic lightweight impellor blades for heating assemblies.
Air line fitting:
	Comprehensive range of connectors / reducers / T pieces etc.
Crucifix:
	This is a simple product designed to ensure the seat armrests stay tightened, and prevent unsightly armrests dropping from their 'horizontal position'.
Seat Base Mechanism:
	Seat base mechanisms can be manufactured to customer requirements, complete with Forward / Rear and Up / Down wind mechanisms. Existing assemblies can also be overhauled / repaired.
S Brackets for seats:
	Various S Brackets available.
Circuit Breaker Bracket:
	A simple manufactured bracket which can be made out of aluminium or mild steel, to customers dimensions and requirements.
Grommets:
	These can be supplied in several sizes - large range available.
Antimacassars:
	Supplied in disposable or washable form, various shapes, sizes and colours with either velcro or double sided tape attachment. Company Logo can be added where required.
