Fabrication & Projects.
Belvoir Engineering Services are able to offer a wide range of engineering services such as assessment, manufacture, refurbishment and repair, being able to offer this service for one off’s & prototypes to full production runs. With access to our well equipped fabrication & machine shop we can take on a variety of work and we have been involved in many projects across the Rail & Transportation sectors (some of which are listed below)
Wrexham & Shropshire Railway, We have manufactured and supplied complete ceiling & lighting systems, Socket Fascia’s, Bulkhead structures. Filter box’s, Seat Rails along with many more items for the MK III overhaul. |

| Skylink, We have carried out a complete overhaul of the internal handrails & racks for Nottingham City Transports Skylink Service, This included collection & delivery to depot. |  |
| Nottingham Trams. We were asked by NET if we could supply an improved axle removal stand for use on their trams. Having identified their exact requirement we were able to manufacture and supply a new and improved system. |  |
Nottingham City Transport. We have manufactured & repaired many items for NCT that have either been costly to replace or on very long lead times, quite often being able to turn these around in a day or so. |

Delta Rail. We have been involved in supplying many products for the refurbishment of East Midlands Trains 158’s by Delta Rail. This has included manufacturing parts that are now obsolete, Rubber Gaiters & Locks, Aluminium anodised door runners & new improved headlight cluster lenses to name a few. |

Sheffield Supertram, Sheffield Supertram selected us to enter into a long term agreement to refurbish their seat backs & bases. |
